On the profile page, you can add a profile photo that is used to make it easier for your team members to get to know each other. We save the profile photo that you use to display it again on the platform.


Price


The prices listed on our website page (Worksimplicity.com) are the prices you will find on the platform when you want to upgrade.


Prices may change at any time without notification, both for new and existing customers.


Refund


We are committed to always providing a feeling of comfort for users when transacting with us. We will refund in full if the following things happen:



• The Worksimplicity.com platform cannot be accessed for 14 consecutive days in the same month.


• The support team cannot be contacted for more than 7 days


Apart from the above, purchases are final and non-refundable. We have provided free access for 14 days, during which you have tried our platform. And when you upgrade, it means you consciously want to upgrade to a premium account with unlimited features.


Refunds must be made by sending an email to the support team (support@Worksimplicity.com) using the email registered on our platform.

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after we confirm receipt of the refund request.


Data Transfer


In the event of a company acquisition, or transfer of platform ownership to another company or owner, any data that has been entered and stored at Worksimplicity.com will move to the new company or owner.


What If I Unsubscribe?


If you unsubscribe, all data you create will remain stored on our servers and databases. You can delete all data already stored in your account, by logging into your active account, and manually deleting the data you want to delete.
